Welcome Crew Shirt

I created an original shirt design for my collegiate ministry, prepared print files, selected apparel, and coordinated printing in time for our team to welcome students into the new school year. The design and color were inspired by the sandy beaches and warm sunsets of Santa Barbara.

Project Objective

Rebrand acts2fellowship Santa Barbara, a collegiate ministry at UCSB, and produce custom shirts.

Logo Creation

The beach and mountain scene of Santa Barbara inspired a variety of logos. I used Adobe Illustrator to sketch "a2fsb" as a palm tree which reflects the character of the beach town.

Shirt Design

Keeping it on the beach theme, I chose a beige "sand" colored shirt and placed the "ocean" blue logo on the front. For the back, I warped bubble letters spelling out "acts2fellowship Santa Barbara" with warm colors on top representing the sunset on the ocean horizon.
